At SiegeBreak Studio LLC our vision is to bring more entry-level software development job opportunities to North Carolina and abroad. Developing the entry-level market is mission-critical to raising the experience level and skill of junior software developers. These changes should create a push for change where hiring a junior developer is incentivized for company growth. Of course, there are still baseline characteristics we will look at when hiring. However, experience requirements will be much more reasonable. Our software developer hiring process will put more emphasis on problem-solving with no resource restrictions.
Our mission is to create INDUSTRY-BREAKING software and games. Providing affordable software development services has been one of our top priorities. With our LLM prompt engineering algorithm research activities we may one day make software development easy and accessible to everyone. This principle extends into our game development endeavors to generate HTML5 games with networking capabilities.
