Service TIMELINE

1. A domain is purchased or transferred to SiegeBreak Studio LLC upon purchase of a hosting package.
2. Provided site information is verified for completeness.
3. Initial site builds begin upon the scheduling priority timeline associated with the package.
4. The owner then reviews the site for accuracy, and final adjustments are made.
5. The owner can explicitly request an auto-approval for the last changes made by SiegeBreak Studio LLC.(*Note: Site auto-approval must be specifically requested for each modification request.)
6. The site owner requests a site modification and auto-approval statement on completion using the support ticket system.
7. The requested site modification is completed within the scheduling priority associated with the plan.

• 7–14 business days for initial builds
• 1-(240 hours/10 Days)for modifications and auto-approval publishing

Priority

• 5–10 business days for initial builds
• 1-(168 hours/7 days) for modifications and auto-approval publishing

Expedited

• 3–7 business days for initial builds
• 1-(120 hours/5 Days) for modifications and auto-approval publishing

Premimum

• 1–5 business days for initial builds
• 1-(72 hours/3 Days) for modifications and auto-approval publishing

Configurable Options

All plans come with optional add-ons called configurable options. These options usually extend storage capacity or add authentication and digital identity services. Due to the nature of the configurable options, they are not available immediately upon account creation. A 1-7 day window should be expected before the configurable options apply to their respective plans.
